  1. At a time when all we hear is "stop buying!, reduce!, de-acquisiton!", you come along and remind us how beautiful and deep some objects can be. This is not an example of over indulging, the Benz in the driveway or the 6000 square foot house. This is the artistry of Human Beings from the past and present, proudly placed in your home, to re-invigorate and inspire you, to represent the interesting people you have not met, and to keep company for those who you once knew.

    What an eye you have.....

  3. Best pictures of an antiques show I have seen in a long time. I wish I could be there but I will certainly put this one on my list for a visit very soon. I agree 100% with the comment made by Alex Chronis. What wonderful words and well said.... almost as beautiful as the objects in the pictures. Thank you, ANTIQUES SHOW WANDERER! ... and thank you Marie Miller (Quilts) for sending me this link.
